Walking? Running?

Not sure what is better… walking or running… the only thing that seems to be clear is that jogging is not acceptable:

• Camper: „walk don’t run“
• Pearl Izumi: „we are not joggers“ („If you are not sure whether you are jogging or running, go faster.“)
